Our menus celebrate rich flavors and traditions, often featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested directly from our own garden. It's more than just a meal; it's a convivial gathering, a chance to share stories and savor authentic dishes in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.

Our Varied Breakfast Buffet

The varied breakfast, served buffet-style, includes:

– Hot drinks: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk

– Choice of 2 fruit juices

– Sliced bread

– Pastries (croissants or chocolate bread)

– 3 Homemade jams

– Family honey

– Muesli and cereals

– Yogurt and butter

– Cheeses

– Assorted cold meats, omelette

– Seasonal fruits

– Surprise of the day: pancakes, crêpes, homemade cake, etc.

Breakfast is included in the suite reservation price.

Dining Details

Meal Times:

Dinner is typically served around 7:30 PM, allowing guests to enjoy the evening at a leisurely pace.

Reservations:

Reservations are essential for our Table d'Hôtes and should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact us directly via phone or email to check availability and secure your place.

To give you an idea, the Table d'Hôtes menu includes:

Choice of Starter:

– Crudités served with duck breast, salmon, cheeses, etc.

– Various soups (Gazpacho, Borscht, consommés, etc.)

– Tabbouleh, quiche, etc.

Choice of Main Course (accompanied by various garnishes):

– Seafood (squid, octopus, cuttlefish, prawns)

– Fish (salmon, cod loin)

– Beef steak, lamb chop or leg, duck breast, etc.

Choice of Desserts or Cheeses:

– Choice of 3 cheeses

– Chocolate lava cake, profiteroles

– Iced nougat, various ice creams, etc.

Drinks are not included in the meal price.
